Works vehicle used by the Christchurch Tramway Board (later renamed Christchurch Transport Board) for Tramway overhead maintenance.
Can be used as a backup tower wagon for servicing Tramway overhead and Trolley Bus overhead when the more modern Beford Tower Wagon is unavailable.
